They went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the complimentary daily afternoon tea with local sweets and finger food to the charming turndown service—every night, a bedtime story featuring Balinese folklore was placed on our nightstand, adding a touch of magic to our evenings.
A particularly touching moment was on our anniversary morning when the breakfast staff surprised us with a beautifully decorated cake. Later that day, we returned to our room to find an exquisite floral arrangement on our bed, along with heartfelt congratulations from the staff.
